Adam Barney joined Framework Communications in 2010 after working as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual. Working with small business owners, he saw small and mid-sized businesses struggling with technology. Adam first joined as the Vice President of Sales and employed a client-first, solutions-based approach to help small and mid-sized businesses turn their technology into a competitive advantage rather than a hurdle. Under Adam’s sales leadership, Framework grew revenue over 1,150 percent.
He transitioned to Chief Operating Officer, where he relentlessly instituted automation tools, processes, best practices, and organizational discipline and accountability to ensure Framework could continue to provide superior service and value while sustaining rapid growth. Adam’s most excited about the operations teams’ success in taking client service to new levels culminating with Framework being named a Top 10 MSP in Chicago by Clutch.com. Personally and professionally, Adam’s passionate about providing an environment where engineers can grow and thrive and a culture that enables anyone with motivation and ambition to advance rapidly. He’s also a big supporter of Veterans-related affairs.
